Before work is carried out legally we have to carry out a detailed risk assessment, point loading calculations and execute a full site survey.

This product is for clients with Timber Gates or Metal Gates 

Supply and install the following gate system; 

• 2 x 24v Above Ground (RAM) Gate Motors
• 2 x manual release mechanisms
• 2 x safety sensors 
• 1 x PCB in a waterproof enclosure
• 2 x remote controls
• Gate stops
• Ducting, cable cleats, ties
• Commercial grade direct burial cabling, armoured cable, IP rated junction boxes, drainage, ducting* price excludes power to gate from house price subject to site survey 
• Clips, bolts, fixings, junction boxes, glands. 
• Resin, Silicon, Grease
• Disposable items such as welding rods, cutting discs and diamond blades.
• Disposal of waste from the site (skip on site if required)
• Fuel to/from site
• Allowance in cost for warranty return visits
• Delivery charges.
• All groundworks
• Making good of driveway areas directly affected by our work 
• Install, test, commissioning of automation and access control equipment.

Once the installation has been completed, we then carry out extensive testing, we have to force test the gates and complete a technical file, CE Mark the gates and provide a 2-year warranty. 

Method of entry/exit- remote control only- intercom and exit loops are priced separately.

The motor is specifically designed for intensive use. Enjoy the comfort of an electric gate that can open and close for numerous visitors throughout the day. Particularly useful for shared entrance gates to a large number of residences.

Built in obstacle detection.

This equipment features built in obstacle detection. Implemented correctly this can stop and reverse upon detection of an obstacle. Obstacles are detected when the gate experiences an increase in resistance that can be caused by a person or a vehicle or an object or even wind obstructing the path of the gate. Although this safety feature can be very effective it is strongly advised that all installations undergo an impact force test to ensure the safety of anyone who may come in to contact with the gate. Further safety can be added with the addition of safety edges.

2 Year Warranty

Please note if you have existing gate automation that is to be replaced- we charge an additional £250 for decommissioning and disposal of the old system, cabling and ancillary parts. This is due to additional man-hours on site and the cost of safe disposal of equipment.
