GATE AND AUTOMATION PACKAGES

Price is based on our London Gate Design but can be upgraded to our other designs or a bespoke gate to replicate any design you wish subject to surcharge. 

Before work is carried out legally we have to carry out a detailed risk assessment, point loading calculations and execute a full site survey. 

Supply and install the following gate system: 

• CAD Approval Drawings of Gate 
• Custom made steel gates, galvanised and powder coated size 3500 (w) x 1800 (h)  hung from existing posts or brickwork 
•  All metalwork galvanised and powder coated
• 2 x 24v above ground gate motors
• 2 x manual release mechanisms
• 2 x safety sensors 
• 1 x PCB housed in a waterproof enclosure 
• 2 x remote controls
• Concrete/Ballast 
• Gate stops
• Ducting, cable cleats, ties. 
• Clips, bolts, fixings, junction boxes, glands. 
• Resin, Silicon, Grease
• Disposable items such as welding rods, cutting discs and diamond blades.
• Disposal of waste from the site
• Fuel to/from site
• Commercial grade direct burial cabling, armoured cable, IP rated junction boxes, drainage, ducting* price excludes power to gate from house to be done by others 
• Delivery charges.
• Install, test, commission of automation equipment.
• 2 YEAR WARRANTY 

Once the installation has been completed, we then carry out extensive testing, we have to force test the gates and complete a technical file, CE Mark the gates and provide a 2-year warranty. 

Method of entry/exit- remote control only intercom, keypad and exit loop are available at extra cost. Price excludes installing power from house to entrance.
